How we build our products
Step 1 — Read the literature
Before we touch a formulation, we read the most-replicated human trials on the active ingredient. Effect sizes. Doses used. Populations studied. If the evidence is thin, we don't make the product.
Step 2 — Choose the form that absorbs
Magnesium glycinate, not oxide. Methylated B12, not cyanocobalamin. Liposomal vitamin C when the dose matters. The cheap form is usually cheap for a reason.
Step 3 — Hit the studied dose
The most common reason a supplement doesn't work isn't the supplement — it's the dose. We use the amount that worked in the trial, not the amount that fits a cheaper pill.
Step 4 — Test the finished product
Third-party testing for label accuracy and contaminants on every batch. Certificates of Analysis available on request.
Step 5 — Be specific on the label
No proprietary blends. Every active ingredient, every dose, every form, listed.
What we don't claim
Supplements aren't drugs. They don't diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure disease. Our product copy describes what research has found in clinical trials — never what it will do for you specifically.
