THE MECHANISM
Wake up softer. And brighter .
Every mouth tape solves one problem: it shuts your mouth so you breathe through your nose. The rest of them stop there.
You're wearing adhesive across your lips for eight hours. The most sensitive skin on your face. We coated the inside of the strip with three ingredients that belong there — collagen, hyaluronic acid, and vitamin E.
The coating dissolves into your lips while the adhesive does its work. One product. Two outcomes. Plumper, softer lips by morning. No extra step in your routine.
Apply. Three seconds.
Clean, dry lips. Peel a strip from its individual seal. Press across closed lips. Breathable mesh sits centre.
If you use tretinoin or actives on your face, do those first and let them absorb. The adhesive sits on the skin around your lip border — not on the lip tissue — and doesn't interact with topical retinoids.
Treat. Eight Hours.
Your nose handles the breathing. Same outcome as every premium mouth tape — deeper sleep, less snoring, less morning fog.
The treatment layer does the second job. Collagen, hyaluronic acid, and vitamin E dissolve into your lips slowly across the eight hours you're already wearing the strip.
Wake. Plumper than Yesterday.
Peel slow from one corner. Adhesive releases without pulling skin.
Throat isn't dry. Lips aren't split — they're softer, fuller, and the lines look smoother. Sleep score is higher than yesterday. Check your ring before you brush your teeth.
THE COATING
Better Sleep. Plumper Lips.
Same three ingredients you'd find in a £40 overnight lip mask. We put them where they need to be — on the inside of a strip that's already touching your lips.
- Collagen (hydrolysed) — plumps, firms, smooths lip lines
- Hyaluronic acid (sodium hyaluronate) — moisture binding, the same ingredient in a £40 serum
- Vitamin E (tocopheryl acetate) — antioxidant, barrier support
The coating dissolves slowly into your lips during wear. No greasy residue. No film on the mesh. Just lips that aren't cracked when you wake up — they look fuller.
Same job. Better tape.
Most premium mouth tapes are closure devices. Same job, slightly different adhesive, slightly different packaging. We built a delivery vehicle.

FAQ
Any Questions Left?
Does this actually make my lips look plumper?
Does this actually make my lips look plumper?
The coating contains hydrolysed collagen and hyaluronic acid — the same actives in overnight lip masks that support hydration and a fuller look. Most users see softer lips within a few uses; the visible plumping effect builds over 2–3 weeks of consistent use. We don't claim instant plump, but lips are noticeably softer by morning.
Will the adhesive interfere with my retinol or tretinoin?
Will the adhesive interfere with my retinol or tretinoin?
No — but apply your actives first and give them 10–15 minutes to absorb. The adhesive sits on the skin around your lip border (philtrum, chin), not on the lip tissue itself. The medical-grade acrylic adhesive doesn't interact with topical retinoids.
I have lip filler. Is it safe?
I have lip filler. Is it safe?
Yes. The adhesive doesn't touch the filler-injected area — it sits on the skin around your lip border. The treatment coating on your lip surface adds hydration, which is beneficial alongside filler. Wait at least 2 weeks after a filler appointment before first use, and patch test if you have concerns.
How is this different from the mouth tape I already use?

Other premium mouth tapes are closure devices — they shut your mouth so you breathe through your nose. That's it. PlumpTape does that AND delivers a treatment coating to your lips during the same eight hours. Collagen + HA + vitamin E absorbed on the inside of the strip while the adhesive does its other job.
Does the coating actually dissolve, or just sit on top?
Does the coating actually dissolve, or just sit on top?
Dissolves. Squalane carries the actives into the lip surface across 6–8 hours of wear. There's no residue on the mesh when you peel it off in the morning — you can check yourself.
What if I have sensitive skin?
What if I have sensitive skin?
The adhesive is medical-grade hypoallergenic acrylic — the same class used in surgical wound dressings, designed for sensitive skin. If you have known sensitivities, patch test on the inside of your wrist for 24 hours before first overnight use. Discontinue if irritation occurs.
What if my nose gets congested in the middle of the night?
What if my nose gets congested in the middle of the night?
The central mesh vent allows minimal airflow for a cough or sneeze. If you're fully congested (unwell, allergies), skip those nights — the slit isn't sufficient for a stuffed nose. The strip peels off easily from one corner if you need to remove it mid-sleep.
