- Clean and dry your lips. If you use retinol or actives on your face, apply them first and let them absorb (10–15 minutes).
- Peel one strip from its individual seal.
- Apply horizontally across closed lips. Breathable mesh sits in the centre.
- Sleep. The collagen, HA, and vitamin E dissolve into your lips overnight.
- Peel off slow, from one corner, in the morning.
Skip nights when you're congested or unwell. Don't use with sleep apnoea (use your CPAP) or after alcohol/sedatives.

Dissolves. Squalane carries the actives into the lip surface across 6–8 hours of wear. There's no residue on the mesh when you peel it off in the morning — you can check yourself.

The adhesive is medical-grade hypoallergenic acrylic — the same class used in surgical wound dressings, designed for sensitive skin. If you have known sensitivities, patch test on the inside of your wrist for 24 hours before first overnight use. Discontinue if irritation occurs.

The central mesh vent allows minimal airflow for a cough or sneeze. If you're fully congested (unwell, allergies), skip those nights — the slit isn't sufficient for a stuffed nose. The strip peels off easily from one corner if you need to remove it mid-sleep.
